Initially, you or an insurer may request an estimate for the damages to your vehicle. We will happily get an estimate together for you but we always stress that an estimate is just that, an estimate. In order to get a full analysis of the damage disassembly is a very important step.

Nearly every car that comes through our doors has hidden damage that can only be discovered by disassembling the vehicle. During disassembly we inspect and document all damage that occurred during the accident. This will include, but is not limited to, taking panels off your vehicle, measuring the vehicles dimensions, and scanning the vehicle to find fault codes.

In this stage our techs use their knowledge along with OEM procedures to repair the vehicle the best way possible. Simple dent repair to major structural straightening is done in this step. Reparability considerations include the type of metal your working with, the size of the damage, and the vehicle manufacturer’s recommendations.

A common misconception is that vehicle manufacturers produce paint for your vehicle. All paint, at any collision repair shop, is mixed in house with just a hand full of options for paint manufacturers. Our refinish technicians are trained by our paint manufacturer in order to ensure a factory finish on your vehicle.

The collision repair process may require specialty repairs such as glass, mechanical work, or recalibration that our shop is not equipped for. Our network of trusted vendors allows us to ensure you are getting the same quality repair no matter where your vehicle is being serviced. Our in-house mechanics will complete a majority of the collision related mechanical repairs.

The final step is the detail work that is done to your vehicle. After repair your vehicle may need some wet sanding and buffing to ensure the finish matches the finish that was previously on your vehicle. We follow this up with a cleaning of the exterior and interior to get you back in a new feeling vehicle.
